📋 Description
• Build and evolve the roadmap for data products, identifying strategic opportunities and aligning with business areas. • Define and track success metrics and OKRs, ensuring high-value deliveries with a strong focus on user experience. • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for the data engineering team. • Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring business needs are met effectively. • Drive alignment and value delivery by collaborating with engineering, analytics and business squads. • Monitor squad performance indicators and implement continuous improvements. • Support data governance, security and compliance initiatives. • Facilitate agile ceremonies in partnership with the agility team. • Oversee production releases and coordinate communications with partner areas.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, Data Engineer or in similar roles. • Experience working on data product projects focused on business areas. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog prioritization techniques. • Background in data, analytics or data engineering projects, preferably in environments using Data Lake, Data Mesh, etc. • Familiarity with OKRs, metrics and product prioritization techniques (backlog). • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. • Ability to read context to identify opportunities and manage conflicts/expectations. • Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proactivity, critical thinking, sense of ownership and adaptability. • Basic knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applied to data. • Experience with AWS Cloud. • Experience with data governance, data quality and data cataloging.
