📋 Description

• Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and tracking reports for transition projects; • Consolidate information from multiple projects and present it clearly and objectively to clients and leadership; • Support monitoring of schedules, risks, open issues, and action plans together with project managers; • Organize and document Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities between teams; • Support the preparation and updating of operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge bases; • Participate in status meetings with clients, managers, and technical teams; • Use Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity, organize information, prepare documents, and generate executive summaries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed; • Good written communication skills and strong organizational ability; • Attention to detail and an analytical profile; • Comfortable working with data, reports, and metrics; • Interest in developing a career in Project Management and IT Services; • Previous experience in corporate environments, projects, operations, or support; • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools; • Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management; • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Planner, or similar; • Experience in technical support, Service Desk, or IT operations; • Basic English for reading technical documentation; • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity.
