📋 Description

• Lead the development of high-performance backend services using **Java (11+) and Micronaut**. • Design and evolve architectures based on **microservices and event-driven** patterns, using **Kafka**. • Define and implement patterns for **resilience, scalability and observability** in AWS environments. • Model data and optimize advanced queries in **PostgreSQL**. • Ensure best practices for security, versioning and service governance. • Conduct **code reviews**, disseminating standards and raising the technical quality of the team. • Participate in incident analysis, troubleshooting and **continuous improvement**. • Mentor developers and act as a technical reference within the team. • Influence the technical roadmap and architectural decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with **Java 11+** and modern frameworks (preferably Micronaut). • Strong knowledge of **distributed architecture and microservices**. • Advanced experience with **Kafka** (topics, partitions, consumer groups, DLQ, event-driven patterns). • Proficiency in **PostgreSQL** (data modeling, tuning and performance). • Experience with **AWS** (RDS, MSK, API Gateway; IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation is a plus). • Knowledge of **CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices**. • Proven ability to lead complex technical solutions. • **Nice-to-haves:** • Experience with **DDD, Event Sourcing or CQRS**. • Experience using tools such as **DataDog, OpenTelemetry or Feature Flags**. • Experience as a **Tech Lead** or technical leadership role. • Experience with **multi-region and fault-tolerant architectures**.
