📋 Description

• Act as an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Specialist on strategic, global Human Resources projects • Implement, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors solutions • Support and optimize HR and Payroll processes • Analyze and monitor integrations between systems • Serve as a consultative liaison with business units and global teams • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) • Experience in implementation, support, and maintenance projects • Knowledge of integrations between HR and Payroll systems • Analytical and consultative mindset with excellent communication skills • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for global collaboration • Experience working in multinational environments • Knowledge of SAP BTP/CPI • Experience with Time Management and other SAP SuccessFactors modules • Participation in global HR digital transformation projects
