📋 Description

• Identify business needs. • Gather and detail requirements. • Design systems solutions. • Track requests with technical teams and business units. • Manage requests from end to end. • Troubleshoot issues and negotiate priorities. • Communicate clearly with different audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with JIRA, using the tool to manage, track, and organize requests, stories, tasks, and incidents. • Knowledge of project management, including tracking schedules, priorities, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. • Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum, participating in ceremonies, sprint planning, refinement sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Knowledge of gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. • Ability to perform data modeling, create and interpret relational models, and understand database structures. • Strong SQL knowledge, including queries, joins, filters, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis. • Experience creating and maintaining systems documentation, functional specifications, business rules, process flows, integrations, and procedures. • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, including concepts, applications, and potential uses of AI for automation, data analysis, process optimization, and decision support. • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture concepts, including the relationship between business strategy, processes, data, applications, and technology. • Ability to analyze existing systems, identify impacts, and propose improvements and solutions based on the organization’s architecture and technology ecosystem. • Knowledge of systems integration and an understanding of APIs, services, and information exchange between applications will be considered an advantage. • Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to lead activities and solve problems. • Resourceful, hands-on profile, with the ability to find solutions and handle unexpected situations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating interaction among business, technology, and other stakeholders. • Ability to organize and prioritize requests. • Logical reasoning and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in dynamic environments. • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. • Strong sense of responsibility for deadlines, quality, and deliverables.
