📋 Description

• Lead the technology strategy, architectural evolution, and development of critical enterprise solutions • Serve as a technical reference for multidisciplinary teams • Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, define standards, and guide teams • Develop Full Stack solutions in agile environments • Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to the development process • Drive innovation, software quality, and AI adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Technical Lead or Software Architect • Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, REST APIs, and Microservices • Experience with technical leadership, code reviews, standards definition, and team mentoring • Experience in Full Stack development • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to software development • .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and C# • SQL Server • Docker and Kubernetes • CI/CD • RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or Kafka • OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect • GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
