📋 Description

• Serve as a Full-Stack Developer consultant with a focus on backend development • Support and enhance the customer’s Authenticated Experience • Develop and support Java code • Work with Spring Boot and the AWS ecosystem • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders • Identify ambiguities and clarify requirements or Jira stories • Manage code changes through branching and version control • Use AI-assisted development tools with a clear understanding of the implementation and resulting solution • Work daily with a US-based team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Java development • Familiarity with Spring Boot • Practical knowledge of the AWS ecosystem • Proactive communication and strong stakeholder relationship-building skills • Ability to identify ambiguities early and challenge unclear requirements or Jira stories • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to meeting agreed-upon commitments • Ability to manage code changes using disciplined branching and version control practices • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude, while maintaining a deep understanding of the generated code, implementation, and resulting solution • Ability to explain, troubleshoot, and support Java code independently of AI-assisted tools • Advanced English proficiency; daily collaboration with a US-based team
