📋 Description

• Define the domain architecture, including capabilities, boundaries, and contracts, with scalability, performance, and security in mind • Write specifications that translate business problems into precise instructions for agents and people • Define production standards, contracts, validations, limits, and quality criteria • Ensure code quality through automated criteria and validations, focusing human review where the risk warrants it • Build living documentation and ADRs for decisions with a high cost of reversal • Lead a lean, high-leverage team combining a small number of people and agents • Define how the squad uses AI throughout the development lifecycle and build repeatable tooling • Support systems in production by monitoring flow health, reconciliation, incidents, and domain obligations • Execute foundational initiatives, including new architecture, critical refactoring, and technical debt resolution • Serve as the domain’s technical authority for complex problems • Communicate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and stakeholders to align delivery with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education degree (any field) • Strong experience with distributed systems in production • Experience with coding agents (Claude Code or similar) throughout the full development lifecycle • Ability to structure and disseminate AI practices to increase team productivity • Strong command of architecture, domain modeling, service integration, and versioned contracts • Experience with contract-first development and synchronous and asynchronous communication • Experience with transactional systems, including idempotency, consistency, traceability, and error handling • Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and performance optimization • Knowledge of testing strategies, including unit, contract, integration, and load testing • Experience in technical leadership and documenting standards and decisions • Clear communication with Product, Operations, and stakeholders, translating technical risks into business impact • Experience with Java, Node.js, or Go • Experience in fintech, payment services, or regulated financial systems • Experience with Brazilian payment methods and infrastructure (Pix/SPI/DICT, TED/STR, boletos, and DDA) • Experience with core banking, accounting ledgers, and double-entry bookkeeping • Experience with Open Finance, including consent, data sharing, and regulatory compliance • Experience with cloud-native applications, containers, and AWS • Experience with CI/CD and quality automation in the delivery pipeline • Familiarity with asynchronous messaging (SQS/SNS or equivalents) and anti-corruption layer patterns • Familiarity with observability, including metrics, distributed tracing, and actionable alerts • Knowledge of context engineering for agents, including specifications, prompts, skills, MCP, and output evaluation • Experience taking AI-powered solutions to production in regulated environments, with attention to privacy, auditing, and sensitive data controls
