📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to the definition of technical solutions, evaluating architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and system-wide impacts • Identify risks, technical debt, opportunities for evolution, and architectural improvements • Define and promote best practices for development, unit and integration testing, acceptance criteria, code review, and observability • Support the team in building robust and reliable solutions • Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of technical documentation, including architecture, integrations, and API contracts • Act as a technical reference in the analysis and resolution of production incidents • Conduct root cause analyses, support decision-making in critical scenarios, and propose preventive actions and structural improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with OOP, SOLID, design patterns, software design patterns, and industry-standard architectures • Experience designing and developing distributed systems using microservices and RESTful APIs • Experience with C# and .NET 8 or later, and data access using Dapper • Experience with transactional and non-transactional databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB • Experience creating and managing queues using RabbitMQ or Kafka • Experience with distributed caching using Redis • Experience managing releases, version control with GitLab, and CI/CD practices • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and pair programming • Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments • Practical experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication • Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure and/or AWS • Knowledge of task management systems, preferably Jira
