📋 Description

• Ensure support teams meet required minimum coverage and availability requirements. • Support recruitment, selection and management processes for the support team. • Assist the support team with processes for organizing activities. • Assist the client in resolving obstacles to ensure the success of software support activities. • Monitor the support team to drive issue and defect resolution and ensure compliance with minimum service levels. • Communicate progress of activities carried out by the support team to stakeholders with transparency and clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing software development and support activities. • Leadership and people management skills. • Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certificate issued by Scrum.org or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) issued by Scrum Alliance. • Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design.
