📋 Description

• Configure incident, change, and request-management workflows, including resolution groups and workflow structures • Implement and update event-correlation rules for automatic ticket creation • Adjust the ServiceNow/iTop CMDB according to operational needs • Implement parametrization, configuration, and development to support incident and change processes and their integration with the automation ecosystem • Test developments and parametrizations, document them, and deploy to production after approval

🎯 Requirements

• PHP 8.1–8.2 • Apache and Nginx • Linux (Rocky/Ubuntu) • MariaDB 10.x+; schema design, indexing, and query tuning • iTop data model (XML): classes, attributes, relations, and state machines (lifecycle) • OQL (iTop’s Object Query Language) • Modules/extensions packaging (module manifest.xml, dictionaries, setup) • Triggers/notifications: actions, email templates, and event handlers • iTop portal toolkit/Twig-like templates, UI forms, and wizards • REST/JSON API exposure and consumption • Profiles/ACLs and organizations for multi-tenant visibility • HTML/CSS/JS for forms, portal adjustments, and validations • Git, Composer, Make or simple scripts • PHPUnit or at least PHP unit tests • Docker optional for development parity
