📋 Description

• Configuración de flujos de gestión de incidentes, cambios y requerimientos, creando los grupos de resolución y la estructura de flujos de trabajo. • Implementación y actualización de reglas de correlación de eventos para la creación de tiquetes automático. • Hacer ajustes en la CMDB de Service Now/ITOP en función de las necesidades de la operación. • Implementar las parametrizaciones, configuración y desarrollos necesarios para soportar el proceso de Incidentes, change, con su correspondiente integración con el ecosistema de Automatización. • El proveedor debe hacer las pruebas de los desarrollos y parametrizaciones, documentarlas y hacer su despliegue en ambiente productivo previa aprobación

🎯 Requirements

• PHP 8.1–8.2 • Apache and Nginx • Linux (Rocky/Ubuntu) • MariaDB 10.x+; schema design, indexing, and query tuning • iTop data model (XML): classes, attributes, relations, and state machines (lifecycle) • OQL (iTop’s Object Query Language) • iTop modules/extensions packaging, including module manifest.xml, dictionaries, and setup • iTop triggers/notifications: actions, email templates, and event handlers • iTop Portal toolkit/Twig-like templates, UI forms, and wizards • REST/JSON API exposure and consumption • Profiles/ACLs and Organizations for multi-tenant visibility • HTML/CSS/JS frontend basics for forms, portal adjustments, and validations • Git, Composer, Make (or simple scripts), and PHPUnit or PHP unit tests • Docker is optional for development parity
