📋 Description

• Realizar la auditoría técnica y refactorización del código heredado (Java/Python) para corregir ineficiencias y reducir deuda técnica • Rediseñar la estrategia de consumo de modelos de IA (Azure OpenAI / LLMs), aplicando técnicas de caching, optimización de prompts, gestión de tokens y selección de modelos para reducir costos operativos • Supervisar la arquitectura en Azure (Container Apps, Storage, Table Storage, Key Vault, Communication Services) y liderar decisiones de optimización o migración multi-cloud (AWS) • Establecer buenas prácticas de desarrollo, integración continua (CI/CD) en repositorios como Bitbucket, observabilidad (New Relic) y estándares de código limpio • Definir la hoja de ruta técnica para culminar desarrollos inconclusos y coordinar las entregas del equipo

🎯 Requirements

• Mínimo 5 años en desarrollo de software y al menos 1 o 2 años liderando proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial / GenAI en producción • Dominio avanzado de Python y Java (Spring Boot) • Experiencia sólida en consumo e integración de LLMs (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex) • Experiencia en generación de Embeddings, NLP y optimización de costos de inferencia • Experiencia comprobada en Azure (Azure Container Apps, Azure Storage, Azure Table Storage, Key Vault, Azure OpenAI) • Conocimientos de AWS (Bedrock, S3, ECS, Lambda), si migran a AWS • Manejo de New Relic, Git/Bitbucket, pipelines CI/CD y gestión de secretos • Enfoque en FinOps básico (optimización de presupuesto Cloud e IA) • Liderazgo técnico y capacidad de interlocución con arquitectura enterprise
