• Support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support for oil and gas, wind, solar, and transmission projects • Establish trust with landowners and stakeholders • Negotiate and secure necessary agreements and permits • Coordinate meetings and explain project scope and timelines • Provide regular status reports on acquisition and permitting tasks
• 1-3 years of experience in right-of-way acquisition, permitting, or real estate tasks • Understanding of local, state, and federal statutory requirements for land acquisitions • Experience with electric transmission and/or oil and gas linear acquisition projects preferred • Attention to detail and ability to perform legal document search and title review • Licensed Wisconsin & Minnesota Real Estate Agent or willingness to obtain licensure • Proficient with Microsoft Office, ArcGIS software, and Google Earth • Superior communication skills • Ability to travel and conduct overnight work away (up to 50 percent)
