📋 Description

• Shadow senior project controls professionals on active projects • Support project controls workflows, reporting, and analytics • Assist with schedule reviews and update preparation • Support progress collection and performance tracking • Maintain logs, trackers, and reporting tools • Attend project meetings and document action items • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives • Demonstrate increasing ownership as skills develop

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Professional demeanor and work ethic • Demonstrated ability to learn new software quickly • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally
