β€’ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner β€’ Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns β€’ Maintain accurate customer records and update our database with any relevant information β€’ Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support when needed β€’ Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers β€’ Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution β€’ Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and maintain positive relationships

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent β€’ Previous customer service experience preferred β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Strong problem-solving abilities β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment β€’ Detail-oriented and organized β€’ Comfortable working in a remote setting β€’ Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home β€’ Available to work full-time, including occasional weekends and evenings
