β’ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner β’ Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns β’ Maintain accurate customer records and update our database with any relevant information β’ Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support when needed β’ Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers β’ Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution β’ Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and maintain positive relationships
β’ High school diploma or equivalent β’ Previous customer service experience preferred β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Strong problem-solving abilities β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills β’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment β’ Detail-oriented and organized β’ Comfortable working in a remote setting β’ Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home β’ Available to work full-time, including occasional weekends and evenings
