• Serve as the main technical liaison for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships • Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering teams to understand client needs and tailor solutions • Conduct technical assessments of clients’ cybersecurity environments and recommend best practices • Lead implementation, including solution configuration, integration, and testing • Provide ongoing technical guidance, advice, and training to clients • Monitor clients’ systems for performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and emerging threats • Escalate complex technical issues and work with internal teams toward timely resolution • Develop and execute long-term cybersecurity strategies with clients • Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials • Travel to client sites as needed for on-site support, training, and relationship building
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • Industry Certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) • Proven experience in technical account management, cybersecurity consulting or related roles • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including network security, endpoint protection, threat detection, and incident response • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting cybersecurity solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and anti-malware tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of effectively resolving technical issues • Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Willing to travel when necessary
