📋 Description

• You independently plan and coordinate the setup and modification of interfaces between our large clients' applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the StepStone platform for transmitting job postings. • You regularly collaborate closely with our developers and work together with our Customer Service team and our customers. • You monitor existing interfaces as part of quality assurance. • When errors occur, you initiate appropriate corrective measures. • You manage and maintain your projects in our internal systems and organize your daily tasks using our ticketing system.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or similar, or a degree in Business Informatics or a related field. • You have a strong technical affinity and are familiar with APIs. • Initial experience in technical customer support is desirable (including internships or student positions). • Knowledge of XML/JSON and HTML is a plus. • Excellent spoken and written English.
