📋 Description

• Provide disciplinary and functional leadership for a Customer Service team of approximately 10–15 employees • Build, manage and strategically develop the teams while driving team performance • Active stakeholder management and close collaboration with other departments • Ensure qualitative and quantitative targets are met, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction • Organize and coordinate day-to-day operations and initiate process and product improvements • Take responsibility in projects such as system implementations or process optimizations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, or a related field • Several years of experience leading teams in a customer service or operations environment • Strong analytical and organizational skills and a solution-oriented mindset • Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management • Passion for process optimization, service quality, and sustainable customer satisfaction
