• Acquire and support customers from the hospitality, gastronomy and tourism sectors by telephone • Expand and maintain your own customer base through personal consultation and account management • Prepare tailored offers and follow them up through to a successful closing • Work closely with Customer Service and the team lead to implement offers and orders • Proactive customer management
• Sales aptitude, strong communication skills and enthusiasm • Enjoyment of professional outbound telesales for online products • Driven and determined to shape personal success through your own performance • Career changers with professional experience in hospitality, gastronomy or tourism are welcome • Previous experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage
