📋 Description

• Overseeing the technology portfolio's delivery, establishing long-term strategies and optimizing processes. • Conducting capacity planning and ensuring the team has the necessary skills and bandwidth to meet business demands. • Assist the portfolio manager in establishing and evolving the long-term delivery strategy. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements and best practices. • Set comprehensive program management standards, metrics, and governance. • Provide overarching oversight for all technology projects and platform enhancements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, IT partners, and external vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering, Data Science, Operations Management OR equivalent years of experience. • 6+ years prior experience in roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Scrum Master, Data Analyst, Digital Product Analyst, Operational Excellence, Delivery Manager or Sr. Business Analyst within a multi-functional team. • 2+ years in leading and delivering complex projects and engaging with colleagues at all levels, with a strong emphasis on managing up to Sr level and executive leadership. • Expert understanding of the Software Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile and other project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc) and cloud productivity tools in use (Jira, Smartsheets, etc.). • Proven track record of using logical and rational analysis to solve business challenges and improve processes. • Ability to effectively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders at all levels, using data to make decisions in an autonomous nature. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate multiple solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
