📋 Description

• Own attorney development from the ground up • Build and manage a firm-wide feedback cadence beyond annual reviews • Manage relationships with partners and firm leadership • Develop programs and touchpoints that create a sense of community for associates • Design and manage learning and development programs end-to-end • Coach associates, resolve performance concerns, and support their development • Analyze utilization and performance data to identify under- or mis-utilized associates and drive action • Contribute to talent acquisition efforts and future attorney-team growth programs • Apply working knowledge of US employment law to development and performance matters • Represent attorney development within the firm and influence people-related decisions • Work with the People Team and firm leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Legal or attorney-development background; experience inside a law firm or legal tech environment is ideally preferred • Strong learning and development program design skills • Training grounded in adult learning theory • Real coaching and mentoring experience; prior people management experience is ideally preferred • Working knowledge of US employment law • Ability to analyze utilization and performance data • Excellent written and verbal English communication • Availability in the Americas time zone, ideally Eastern Time • Resilient, direct, transparent, and team-oriented temperament • Comfort with ambiguity • AI-forward and tech-savvy • Ability to work US Eastern Time working hours
