• Centralize vendor and supplier management; manage vendor lifecycle from internal request through procurement, negotiations, contract review, and renewal • Drive procurement processes and implement best practices; develop and roll out clear procurement processes and requirements • Conduct contract and vendor analysis; capture vendor relationships in systems and identify cost-saving opportunities • Build and maintain asynchronous relationships with suppliers across time zones using digital collaboration tools • Identify, mitigate, and escalate procurement risks and document all steps and communications clearly • Drive visibility and transparency through stakeholder collaboration; generate and share detailed reports on procurement and contract activity and validate stakeholder business needs using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and email
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation • Bonus: experience doing Procurement for law firms • Experience working fully remote and asynchronously across multiple time zones • Exceptional communication skills (clear, concise, professional written and spoken) • Proficient with modern collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, email) • Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects concurrently • Strong prioritization skills and proactivity • Experience building and maintaining supplier relationships
