📋 Description

• Set and create engineering ecosystem, best practices, tooling, and architect complex systems • Experience with using AI Tools in solving complex coding problems • Design and build scalable backend systems using Node.js and PostgreSQL • Develop robust APIs ( REST or GraphQL ) • Lead engineering practices and mentor team members • Collaborate with engineers to deliver end-to-end features • Deploy and manage infrastructure on cloud services like AWS and Vercel • Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines ( GitHub Actions , Jenkins ) • Work with both relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL , MySQL , MongoDB , Firebase • Design and integrate message queue systems (e.g., RabbitMQ , Kafka , Redis Streams ) • Make thoughtful architectural decisions and performance optimizations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ year of experience in a technical leadership or mentoring role. • Uses AI to code on a daily basis; Loveable, v0, ChatGPT etc. • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer. • Strong backend expertise with Node.js and relational databases • Experience building and scaling APIs and backend systems • Cloud infrastructure experience ( AWS , Azure , or GCP ) • Solid hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD tools • Experience designing and integrating message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Streams) • Strong understanding of performance, security, and backend architecture.
