📋 Description

• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key messaging • Develop innovative ad concepts for digital and print placements, including social media ads, display ads, email campaigns, banners, and more • Generate, curate, and refine AI-produced images (using tools like Magnific, Adobe Firefly, or similar) and integrate them seamlessly into ad layouts • Create ad designs that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences, ensuring consistent brand identity • Optimize designs for various platforms and ad formats, considering mobile and desktop users to maximize ad performance • Conduct market research and stay current with AI trends and design tools to incorporate fresh, effective elements in our ads • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall impact of our advertising efforts • Work with the marketing team to A/B test ad designs and use data insights to iterate and improve campaign performance • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs • Edit and enhance raw model photos according to client standards • Translate promotional creatives while maintaining design balance and harmony.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field is a plus— but what truly matters is what you can build • 2–4 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio focused on advertising and marketing materials • Mastery of industry-standard graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite and Canva) • Hands-on experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Magnific, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar) to generate images and enhance workflows • Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into design improvements • Experience localizing designs for international markets and working with multilingual typography
