• 3+ years growing a Western fashion or lifestyle brand in China • Hands-on experience on Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and/or WeChat Mini Programs — you know what works today • An existing network of KOLs, KOCs, and MCN partners you can activate quickly • Fluent in Mandarin; professional in English • Data-driven, but with genuine brand sensibility and fashion taste • A builder — you'd rather create something than manage something already built
