📋 Description

• Support and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the company’s proprietary platform organization • Maintain operational structure and execution visibility through the Atlassian product suite • Assist in maintaining timelines, task ownership, updates, and dependency tracking of projects • Coordinate the work activities for multiple initiatives across various teams and departments • Review and ensure progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators within Confluence • Establish clear communications including coordination of recurring project meetings and cross-functional discussions • Communicate project updates internally and externally • Define and document project risks, issues, actions, decisions, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
