• Liaises with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and/or business systems • Understands business challenges related to people, processes, and/or technology and translates them into process solutions • Analyze business requirements, design and develop effective solutions with minimal supervision while working with the business • Helps to develop innovative solutions that align with business requirements • Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking • Interprets internal/external business environment • Recommends best practices to improve processes or services • Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment
