• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions • Serve as the primary HRIS partner for the annual compensation cycle • Partner with other Compensation team to design, build, and maintain advanced compensation plans in Workday • Build, maintain, and enhance Workday compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics • Work collaboratively with Compensation and cross-functional stakeholders • Manage system change requests for compensation program updates • Perform testing and validation for compensation system changes • Support data integrity initiatives by conducting regular audits of compensation data • Stay current on Workday Compensation releases • Maintain technical documentation
• 5+ years of related work experience • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
