📋 Description

• Define and manage products and/or services that meet the organization's goals and/or objectives • Own and define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for assigned area of the product • Understand and document key business processes that exist and identify key opportunities that will emerge with internal and external stakeholders • Define detailed business requirements for development of various products and/or services • Evaluate and make sound recommendations on new product ideas • Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and ensuring successful product adoption • Clearly outline and understand the risk management and compliance requirements of the business line • Recommends best practices to improve processes or services

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • Knowledge of financial lending products, services, policies, and procedures with a prior experience in mortgage strongly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
