📋 Description

• Assist with configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications • Install software patches, support end-user issues, and maintain system health and availability • Provide software systems analysis to support daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives • Write and execute scripts or small programs to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality • Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities for infrastructure and enterprise solutions • Provide first‑line support, documentation, and training to help internal users adopt Copilot effectively • Partner with Stewart IT and business teams to build and maintain AI‑powered workflows and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform • Monitor and resolve system latency issues to ensure responsive and reliable system performance • Utilize AI-powered monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify system performance issues and reduce downtime • Apply AI-driven automation to streamline routine system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency • Leverage machine learning–based analytics to detect anomalies, predict system failures, and support root cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Computer Science or MIS background preferred • Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them preferred: AI‑900: Azure AI Fundamentals, MS‑900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, PL‑900: Power Platform Fundamentals • Typically requires 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support
