📋 Description

• lead the technical direction and development of outfit completion models • drive end-to-end model development, from problem formulation and research to production deployment • design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models • mentor and guide other data scientists on the team • own and evolve experimentation strategies, defining success metrics • partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design • tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems to drive solutions forward • leverage rich, multi-modal datasets to power innovative recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models • strong experience with recommendation systems, ranking, or related domains • demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring other ICs • comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and driving projects • deep experience with experimentation and causal inference • fluent in SQL and experienced working with large-scale datasets • proficient in Python and experience building production-ready data science systems • effective communicator who can influence cross-functional partners • curious, pragmatic, and motivated to continuously raise the bar
