📋 Description
• Define and lead engineering vision, strategy, and execution for client-facing platforms • Drive engineering excellence across web, mobile, and stylist-facing platforms while building scalable, resilient systems • Modernize and strengthen the technology foundation by retiring brittle legacy services and improving reliability, monitoring, and observability • Build and develop a high-performance engineering organization with top talent in full-stack, platform, and AI engineering • Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver high-quality, innovative client and stylist experiences at speed and scale • Partner with Data Science & Algos to translate ML/GenAI capabilities into production-grade features • Operationalize Generative AI by building the technical productization layer to make models safe, scalable, and performant • Balance speed of innovation with platform stability and align engineering efforts to business priorities
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams at scale in product-led, AI-forward companies • Deep expertise in modern software architecture, distributed systems, and developer platforms • Hands-on experience operationalizing ML and GenAI models, including LLMs, image generation, and multi-modal systems • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Data Science and Product leaders • Exceptional people leadership skills with history of building, mentoring, and scaling diverse, high-performing engineering teams • Excellent communication and collaboration instincts • Bias for clarity and action in ambiguous environments • Experience delivering client-facing platforms across web, mobile, and stylist-facing systems
