📋 Description

• Analyze customer service processes and workflows handled through the Stix contact center BOT. • Ensure bot performance, reduce repeat contacts, and achieve a high CSAT score for automated service interactions. • Create and implement new BOT service workflows in accordance with business rules. • Monitor deviations in BOT volumes and/or KPIs. • Monitor and calibrate NLP and AI within BOT workflows. • Collaborate with vendors to align on improvements and bug fixes. • Propose improvements to BOT customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, Technology, or CX/UX. • A postgraduate qualification in one of these areas is a plus. • At least 2 years of experience in the field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Basic English is desirable. • Basic Spanish is desirable.
