📋 Description

• Drafting and reviewing contracts such as EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction), O&Ms (operation and maintenance), offtakes, supply agreements, and others. • Participating in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss and negotiate contract terms and conditions. • Contract management activities, including drafting and reviewing notices, assessing claims, reviewing insurance policies, handling claims management, providing pre-litigation advice, among other related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree. • Experience with infrastructure contracts (EPC, O&M, supply agreements, construction contracts, offtakes, among others). • Experience in the energy, logistics and transportation, oil & gas, water/sanitation, mining, and/or telecommunications sectors.
