📋 Description

• Measure usage, adoption, cost, and satisfaction for corporate tools • Generate usage and cost data to support vendor management renewals • Maintain an ongoing view of the tool portfolio, including trends and alerts • Analyze volume, cycle time, SLA performance, rework, and bottlenecks in Service Management workflows • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and self-service, including estimated benefits • Define and track service efficiency and user experience metrics • Conduct end-to-end studies, from the initial question through the recommendation, including opportunity sizing and business cases • Turn analyses into clear narratives for leadership and executive forums • Prepare executive presentations and reports to support investment, renewal, and prioritization decisions • Support product discovery and define success metrics for the team's products • Build data products used in day-to-day operations, from discovery through adoption • Build and maintain layered data models with quality, documentation, and a single definition for each metric • Create dashboards for leadership and business teams, tied to specific questions or decisions • Integrate sources such as ServiceNow, Jira, tool usage data, and financial databases • Automate data collection and recurring processes using SQL and Python • Work with the engineering analytics team, reusing the existing data infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with analyses and data products that drove decisions, including conclusions and recommendations • Advanced SQL and experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or another cloud data platform • Experience creating dashboards for executive and operational audiences • Strategic communication skills to synthesize complex topics into clear messages • Business acumen and autonomy in structuring open-ended problems • Critical thinking about metrics, biases, and data limitations • Careful handling of sensitive data, including LGPD compliance, anonymization, and access control • Proficiency in advanced SQL, Python, and Databricks • Experience with BI tools for executive and operational dashboards • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, corporate tool usage data, and financial databases • Familiarity with AI assistants such as Claude and Gemini • Preferred: Python for exploratory analysis and automation • Preferred: ITSM data, such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, and process analysis • Preferred: People analytics or HR data • Preferred: Education or experience in product management and discovery
