📋 Description

• Measure usage, adoption, cost, and satisfaction for corporate tools • Generate usage and cost data to support vendor management during renewals • Maintain continuous visibility into the tools portfolio, including trends and alerts • Analyze volume, cycle time, SLA performance, rework, and bottlenecks across Service Management workflows • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and self-service, estimating potential gains • Define and track efficiency and support experience metrics • Lead end-to-end studies, from question formulation through recommendation, sizing opportunities and developing business cases • Turn analyses into narratives for leadership and executive forums • Prepare executive presentations and reports to support investment, renewal, and prioritization decisions • Support product discovery and define success metrics for the team’s products • Build data products, from discovery through adoption • Build and maintain layered data models with quality, documentation, and a single definition for each metric • Create dashboards for leadership and operational teams, tied to specific questions or decisions • Integrate sources such as ServiceNow, Jira, tool usage data, and financial databases • Automate data collection and recurring processes using SQL and Python • Work with the engineering analytics team, reusing the existing data infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with analyses and data products that informed decisions, including clear conclusions and recommendations • Advanced SQL and experience with Databricks, BigQuery, or another cloud data platform • Experience creating dashboards for executive and operational audiences • Strategic communication skills to synthesize complex topics into clear messages for decision-makers • Business acumen and autonomy in structuring open-ended problems • Critical thinking about metrics, biases, and data limitations • Careful handling of sensitive data, including LGPD compliance, anonymization, and access controls • Advanced SQL, Python, and Databricks knowledge • Experience with BI tools for executive and operational dashboards • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, corporate tool usage data, and financial databases • Use of AI assistants such as Claude and Gemini for exploration, documentation, and synthesis • Preferred: Python for exploratory analysis and automation; ITSM data and process analysis; people analytics or HR data; education or experience in product management and discovery
