📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products • Serve as a subject-matter reference for solution-related decisions • Help the team solve problems with unclear scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment among everyone involved in the project • Provide suggestions and constructive feedback, contributing to technical decisions and sharing technical knowledge with the team • Independently define and deliver technical plans for larger projects, often involving cross-team dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Software development with C# • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures • Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles • Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing • Use Git fluently and be familiar with Gitflow • Knowledge of Docker and containerization • Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog • Ability to produce clean, maintainable code • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and their practical application, especially Kanban and/or Scrum • Experience with public and private clouds such as Azure and Google Cloud (a plus) • Knowledge of messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (a plus) • Knowledge of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, or Hexagonal Architecture (a plus) • Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling (a plus) • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps (a plus) • Knowledge of and interest in the financial market (a plus)
