📋 Description

• Architect complex flows and multichannel journeys, translating business needs and user insights into scalable, sustainable conversational experiences • Ensure technical consistency and consistent use of the brand’s tone and language • Apply communication guidelines and review deliverables from other Conversation Designers • Connect Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of AI experiences • Collaborate on defining viable and scalable solutions • Influence the definition of metrics and monitor performance • Identify improvement opportunities based on data and feedback • Conduct analyses to propose structural adjustments to flows • Create and maintain conversational design frameworks and guidelines • Ensure content governance, traceability, and continuous learning • Share technical knowledge through mentoring and the promotion of best practices • Establish the team’s tactical direction based on the organization’s strategy, serving as a subject-matter reference for solution details

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of the technical and strategic aspects of Conversation Design, with the ability to work autonomously • Ability to work on ambiguous problems without predefined scope, requiring difficult prioritization and balancing deadlines with quality • Experience architecting flows and designing multichannel journeys • Clear and collaborative communication skills, serving as a reference for decision-making and helping the team solve problems • Familiarity with content and written language, including a basic understanding of grammar, sentence construction, and textual clarity • Previous experience at technology companies or fintechs (Nice to Have) • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with generative AI tools and models, such as Gemini, prompts, LLMs, NLP, and intents (Nice to Have) • Ability to consolidate learnings and guide colleagues on topics related to conversational design, technology, and AI (Nice to Have)
