📋 Description

• You will build metrics to quantify customer experience and analyze performance to identify opportunities and resolve issues. • You will be responsible for the results and incentives reporting process for RC through defining targets, building and maintaining dashboards, and preparing indicator cards.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Looker Studio • Proficiency in SQL • Organized with strong prioritization skills • Good verbal and written communication • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation • Curious and eager to understand root causes • Previous experience in BI or operations • Experience with agile methodologies
