📋 Description

• Support the calculation of Banking revenue and expenses and the accounting close for Banking, Cards, and Financial Services, under the guidance of more experienced analysts • Handle recurring operational requests, investigating and resolving isolated issues in financial databases • Assist with collecting data from BigQuery, Databricks, spreadsheets, and internal tools, following established guidelines and procedures • Perform basic descriptive analyses, identify clear patterns, and prepare basic reports under supervision • Support the organization and presentation of data in dashboards, accounting reports, and business metrics reports • Contribute to identifying financial inconsistencies and incorrect workflows in databases such as the Ledger • Support internal and external audits by gathering requested evidence and data sources • Participate in automation rollouts and team pilots by validating results and collecting feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Basic SQL (SELECT, FROM, WHERE, GROUP BY, ORDER BY) • Familiarity with BI tools for dashboard consumption (Looker, Power BI, Data Studio, or similar) • Basic understanding of handling large volumes of data • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables) • Basic understanding of how databases store and organize information • Completed degree or currently in the final year of a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field • Previous work experience, internship, academic projects, or Junior Enterprise experience • Preferred: interest in or experience with fintech, banking, or financial markets • Preferred: familiarity with BigQuery, Databricks, or Google Apps Script • Preferred: curiosity about accounting and regulatory topics (accounting close, CADOC/BACEN, auditing)
