📋 Description

• Manage the product lifecycle from end to end • Develop a deep understanding of customers, their pain points, the product, and the business area • Collaborate with business, engineering, and design teams • Monitor changes and innovations in the financial and technology markets • Map end-to-end operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation and AI implementation • Define functional requirements, technical capabilities, integration workflows, and UI/UX guidelines • Coordinate AI, backend, frontend, and operations workstreams • Define and track success and performance KPIs, such as AHT, SLA, accuracy, and internal adoption rate • Build an AI product designed to improve the company’s customer service operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, APIs, and system integrations • Ability to architect integrated solutions and orchestrate multiple interconnected components and services • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across discussions with engineering and operations teams • Familiarity with operational and process-efficiency metrics for backlog prioritization
