📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.

🎯 Requirements

• Programming Languages (Elixir/Node.js/Go): Proven experience working on projects using one of the primary languages (Elixir, Node.js, or Go), familiarity with associated frameworks and development patterns. • Relational Databases (T-SQL): Ability to write complex queries, optimize queries, and understand schemas. • NoSQL Databases (MongoDB): Understanding of NoSQL data modeling, MongoDB queries and aggregation, and scalability concepts. • Redis: Knowledge of Redis data types, caching strategies (e.g., cache-aside), and its use in distributed architectures. • Code Quality and Architecture: Demonstrated clean code practices, adherence to SOLID principles, and experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. • Messaging Systems (Kafka and/or RabbitMQ): Understanding of asynchronous messaging systems (such as Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ), including core concepts, terminology, and use cases. • Container Orchestration (Kubernetes): Understanding of K8s for scalability and resilience of modern applications (and how it differs from Docker). • AI-assisted Coding Tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer): Understanding of AI-assisted coding tools, their application, and their impact on developer productivity and workflow. • Microservices Architecture: Intermediate knowledge of concepts, design challenges, and involved components (APIs, asynchronous communication). • Observability (Datadog or Grafana): Experience configuring and using dashboards, and creating alerts for uptime, latency, and errors (SLOs/SLIs). • Production Incident Troubleshooting (High Criticality): Experience debugging distributed systems, analyzing production logs, and applying rapid hotfixes.
