📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and prioritize complex problems related to the financial sector and/or engineering platform products • Serve as a reference point for solution-detail decisions • Help the team solve problems with unclear scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Provide suggestions and constructive criticism, contributing to technical decisions and sharing technical knowledge across the team • Independently define and deliver technical roadmaps for larger projects, often involving dependencies between teams

🎯 Requirements

• Software development with C# • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures • Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles • Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing • Use Git proficiently and understand Gitflow • Knowledge of Docker and containerization • Experience with observability tools such as Elasticsearch and Datadog • Ability to produce clean, maintainable code • Familiarity with agile methodologies and their practical application, particularly Kanban and/or Scrum • Use of AI in the development process • Public and private clouds such as Azure and Google Cloud (a plus) • Knowledge of messaging systems such as Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka (a plus) • Knowledge of microservices, Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Hexagonal Architecture (a plus) • Experience with relational and non-relational data modeling (a plus) • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Azure DevOps (a plus) • Knowledge of and interest in the financial market (a plus)
