📋 Description

• Work on developing and maintaining new features in banking payment systems (including PIX and Boleto); • Be responsible for developing systems that are critically important to the company; • Monitor performance and the deployment of system changes; • Document changes made; • Investigate issues and perform in-depth analysis to propose efficient, scalable solutions • Create and maintain production systems taking non-functional requirements into account, such as: Performance, Scalability, Security, Availability, Reliability, Resilience, and integration with our entire application ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• Be able to question gaps in architecture and the development process and propose solutions; • Be able to perform inspections of code and documentation; • Implement automated tests; • Develop software in Go or Elixir; • Not be dependent on a single technology and be willing to implement solutions in both languages in the stack; • Be able to collaborate with the team on code reviews, highlighting best practices and potential improvements.
