• Combine technical payroll expertise with system administration responsibilities • Support outsourced payroll provision and flexible benefits • Ensure data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across our people systems • Prepare payroll data templates and manually calculate net pay • Manage car fleet and allowance administration and respond to external earnings enquiries
• Experience with HR/payroll systems (ideally iTrent) • Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and spreadsheet skills • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills • Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement • Awareness of data protection and payroll legislation • A collaborative mindset and customer-focused approach
