📋 Description
• You are ultimately responsible for the success or failure of your project portfolio. • You will manage at least 10 residential projects simultaneously—5 in active construction and 5 in pre-construction. • You will orchestrate estimators, drafters, superintendents, and field teams to keep everyone in sync. • You will forecast budgets, schedules, and resource needs across every project. • You will monitor budgets and schedules daily.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience (Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-use). • Expert-level proficiency with MS Project or Primavera and Gantt chart methodologies. • Ability to intimately study and interpret construction drawings, specs, and scope documents.
