📋 Description

• Estimate alongside the team • Learn the deal types • Assess each estimator • Identify where estimates miss and why • Set the vision • Define standards • Build the QC process • Create accountability rhythm • Drive performance • Coach and measure accuracy by estimator and deal type

🎯 Requirements

• REAL construction estimating experience • Built detailed cost estimates for residential renovation, general contracting, or construction projects • Understand material takeoffs, labor pricing, subcontractor scoping • Can manage up and protect the estimate as the truth • Self-starter who does not require micro-management • Ability to think in systems and build processes that make estimates good
