📋 Description

• Lead a team of estimators • Estimate alongside the team • Learn deal types and assess estimators • Set the vision and define standards • Build the QC process • Establish the estimate-to-actual feedback loop • Drive performance and coach team members

🎯 Requirements

• REAL construction estimating experience • Built detailed cost estimates for residential renovation, general contracting, or construction projects • Understand material takeoffs, labor pricing, subcontractor scoping, and estimating work • ALREADY taken a team and given it direction • Self-starter who does not require micro-management • Think in systems • Ability to manage upwards with data
