• The SDR/BDR professional will be responsible for directly driving the company's demand generation by conducting active prospecting, qualifying leads, and creating commercial opportunities. • This PJ (contractor) position plays a strategic role in CRM7's commercial growth and offers strong potential for professional development within consultative sales, business, and digital transformation areas.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong commercial writing skills. • Analytical and organized profile. • Comfortable with technology and digital tools. • Negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Proactive and results-oriented profile. • Comfortable working with targets. • Experience in B2B sales. • Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in pre-sales. • Experience with outbound prospecting. • Desirable experience in SaaS technology companies or startups; familiarity with RD Station, Pipefy, Pipedrive, Meetime, Exact Sales, or TOTVS is a plus.
